A Princess at the Palace

To celebrate the 'Enchanted Palace' season at Kensington Palace we were asked to design and create a costume inspired by any of the royal family who had lived at the Palace. I chose Lady Diana Spencer, inspired by the Palace staff's recollection of the sea of flowers that were left in tribute for her at the gates.

Costume Parade at the National Gallery

The National Gallery invited Wimbledon costume students to show their costumes in a parade as one of their 'Friday Night Lates' events, so here is my Confession costume in front of the painting that inspired it, the Execution of Lady Jane Grey

Press release for the event:

Costume designed and made for a university project on the theme of Confession, inspired by the painting the Execution of Lady Jane Grey by Paul Delaroche
